Join-
To join the UPA, all that you have to do is answer the following questions:

Do you have any Club Penguin Military expeirience? If so, tell us about it.

What position do you wish to have in UPA? (Soldier, Marine, Base Member, Guard)
If you answer those 5 questions, I will give you a rank depending on your experience.
Once you’ve answered those join questions and submitted your comment, join the UPA’s webs.com website and have fun posting images and videos and playing games!
Uniform-
There are certain positions that you get to choose from, you can switch your postition at anytime. If you do not have the exact clothing in the picture, wear something close to it.
Leaders-
No Picture Available
Description: The leader(s) of UPA, the highest rank, fights and defends in all battles. Gets protected by the guards.
Soldier-

Description: Fights and defends in all battles and wars at home and enemy servers.
Marine-
No Picture Available
Description: Fights and Defends at all home servers. Unless instructed otherwise.
Base Member-
No Picture Available
Description: Stays at the Base (Agent HQ) And observes all battles and wars. Sends out information to Soldiers, and Marines.
Guard-

Description: Defends the Base, and high ranked officers.
Nonmember-
No Picture Available
Description: The people who have either no membership or an expired membership. May still choose a position.
If you do not have the exact uniform it is ok. You can still choose your Position.
