If your army would like to form an alliance with the United Penguin Army, the leader, co-leader, third in command, or ambassador must submit a comment with the following information.

• Army name and abbreviation.
• Army site.
• Why you want your army to be an ally with the UPA.

Please note that we will not be merging with any armies.
